New Reduced Fat Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. each: reduced fat peanut butter, margarine, white sugar and packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. each: baking soda, baking powder and vanilla
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat peanut butter and margarine until creamy. Beat in sugars, egg, soda, baking powder and vanilla until well blended.
    Mix in flour thoroughly.
    Form 1-inch balls.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet, using a fork dipped in flour to mash flat.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 9 minutes until light brown.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
