Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oleo
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Sift and measure flour.
Add baking powder, soda and salt and sift again.
Cream the oleo; add sugar slowly.
Continue beating until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and mix until smooth.
Add dry ingredients, alternating with mashed bananas.
Turn into ungreased loaf pan, about 9 x 5-inch.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
This will make 3 (1/2 loaf) pans.
