Fun-To-Make Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. honey
1 egg
1 ripe banana
1/3 c. plain yogurt or buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

In a large bowl, mash the margarine with the back of a fork. Beat in the honey and the egg.
Beat in the banana, mashing it with the back of a fork.
Stir in the yogurt and vanilla.
In a medium size bowl, combine the flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
Pour the flour mixture into the large bowl and combine with the egg-banana mixture.
Add the carrots and raisins. Knead the mixture together with your hands.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
