Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar together.
    Add zucchini and all other ingredients and mix well.
    Bake for 1 hour in greased and floured pans (2 to 3 pans depending on size of pan).
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
