Stuffed Syrian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. large Syrian bread (3)
    12 slices Cheddar or American cheese
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
Preparation
    Early in the day, or night before, scramble sausage in skillet until nearly done.
    Saute onion and green pepper in sausage drippings until tender.
    Drain off all fat.
    Mix onion, pepper and sausage together.
