Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk

Preparation

Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Cream the Crisco, oleo, sugar, vanilla and egg until fluffy.
Stir in dry ingredients. Blend in milk.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet; flatten with bottom of glass which has been greased and dipped in sugar.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
