Cheesecake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/3 c. butter or oleo, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; pat mixture into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes (save 1/4 cup for top). Meanwhile, beat cheese and sugar smooth; beat in remaining ingredients.
    Pour over crust.
    Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes or more until set.
    Cool on wire rack.
    When cool, cut in 2-inch squares and then diagonally.
    Makes 32.
    Keep refrigerated.
