Zucchini Martini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh firm zucchini
    1 stalk celery
    3 1/2 oz. gin
    1/2 oz. dry vermouth
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    3/4 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Wash, then trim the ends from the zucchini.
    Then slice in even 1/4-inch rounds.
    Set aside.
