Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsalted butter
    1 1/3 c. Splenda Granular
    2/3 c. Dark Brown Sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. creamy peanut butter
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place the butter, Splenda Granular, brown sugar, and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl. Mix, using the paddle attachment of an electric mixer until the mixture is light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add peanut butter and stir until well mixed. Add chocolate and mix briefly.
