Strawberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 mashed bananas
    2 pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 carton sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Let strawberries thaw so they do not stick together in chunks.
    Mash bananas with fork. Mix all fruits together.
    Pour Jell-O over mixture.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture in a flat bottom dish.
    After it has congealed, pour 1 carton sour cream over mixture and then pour the rest of the mixture over that.
    Return to refrigerator to finish congealing. Makes 10 servings.
