Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add eggs, oil, strawberries and nuts.
Pour batter into well-greased (not floured) 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
