Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can pinto beans
1 can chicken broth
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can chopped green chilies
1/3 c. rice (optional)
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
little Tabasco
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef.
Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Add water to desired consistency.
Simmer several hours in crock-pot.
Serve over broken flour tortillas.
Add grated cheese on top.
