Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. bananas, mashed
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Stir in nuts; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture, stirring just enough to make batter moist.
Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in pans.
Freezes well.
