Gotabki(Stuffed Cabbage) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 large onion
1 can tomato soup
1 large can tomatoes
1 piece salt pork
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Scald cabbage in boiling water to soften leaves.
Remove one at a time; set aside.
Saute onion.
Cook rice until done.
Add onion to rice.
Add seasonings to meat; mix together with 1/2 soup.
Fill each cabbage leaf with mixture.
Put in roasting pan, side by side.
Pour tomatoes over cabbage.
Add remaining tomato soup.
Add pieces of salt pork.
Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
