Sugar-Free Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese, softened
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    24 pkg. Aspartame sweetener equivalent to 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt the chocolate and cool.
    Beat the cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla until smooth.
    Add chocolate and beat.
    Add pecans. Pour into an 8-inch square pan lined with foil.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Cut into 16 squares.
    Served chilled.
