Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. grated, peeled zucchini
1 c. oil
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, zucchini, oil and vinegar together.
Mix dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture.
Add nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in two greased and floured bread pans.
