Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 2/3 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix oil, eggs, water and pumpkin.
    Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add dry ingredients to first mixture and beat until smooth.
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake in loaf pan that has been greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
