Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar.
    Add eggs and banana pulp.
    Beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.
    Mix well and stir in nuts.
    Pour into 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan (greased and floured). Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool on rack.
    Good with cream cheese.
