Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta
    2 (8 oz.) sharp Cracker Barrel cheese
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (1 oz.) Bleu cheese (comes in sections of 4)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    finely chopped pecans
    dry parsley flakes
    1 small onion, finely grated
Preparation
    Grate Cracker Barrel cheese before it gets to room temperature.
    Let all cheese come to room temperature.
    Put all together and work up with your hands.
    Squeeze until mixed well. Separate into 4 or 5 small rolls.
    Roll in chopped fine pecans or dry parsley flakes.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and place in refrigerator. Serve with Club or Escort crackers.
