Zucchini-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. crushed, drained pineapple
    1/2 c. raisins or chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, salt, vanilla, zucchini and pineapple.
    Mix.
    Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased tins (one large or two small loaf tins).
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
