Reduced Fat Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. Butter Buds (or other butter flavored all natural dairy sprinkles)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. minced fresh onion
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
vegetable cooking spray such as Pam
Preparation

Combine cornmeal and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Combine broccoli and next 5 ingredients; stir well.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
