Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    3 c. grated zucchini squash
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar, squash, oil and eggs.
    Beat with spoon until well blended.
    Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour in a greased and floured Bundt pan or 2 small loaf pans.
