Strawberry Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
    1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust
    1 pkg. strawberries or 3 c. fresh strawberries
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
    Stir cream cheese until very soft.
    Then blend 1/2 cup milk. Add instant pudding mix to the other 1 1/2 cups milk and beat for about 1 minute.
    Do not overmix.
    Pour into graham cracker crust and chill.
    Mix the tapioca with thawed berries and sugar.
    Boil gently for 2 minutes.
    Allow to cool.
    Spread over the cheese cake before serving.
