Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 pkg. frozen strawberries (10 oz.)
1 c. pecan pieces

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Make a well in center and stir well beaten eggs and oil.
Stir until moist.
Fold in strawberries and nuts.
Bake in loaf pans at 350 degrees for one hour.
