Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Add boiling water slowly, stirring constantly.
    Cook over hot water until thick and clear. Add raisins, lemon juice and butter.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into pastry lined tin.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for about 25 minutes.
