1 lb. hot ground sausage
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
12 oz. chunky salsa (hot)
1/4 c. chopped jalapenos
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Heat on low the milk, cheese and salt. Stir occasionally. Brown the sausage, cooking thoroughly. Drain grease from sausage and add to cheese sauce. Add jalapenos. Dip nacho chips in cheese dip or use cheese dip as topping to a taco salad.
