Brethren Cheddar Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry dill weed
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut margarine into dry ingredients until crumbly.
    Stir in cheese and dill.
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Add all at once, stirring just until moistened.
    Divide batter between 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until browned and loaves sound hollow when thumped. Good served warm or cool.
