Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. zucchini squash
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add oil, sugar, squash and vanilla. Mix, then add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix. Add nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
