Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    6 c. peeled and sliced apples
    double pie crust
Preparation
    Place apple juice in saucepan and bring to a boil. Combine margarine, cornstarch and spice in small bowl. Add small amount of apple juice and stir until well blended. Stir cornstarch mixture into apple juice. Pour over apples to coat and pour into unbaked crust. Top with top crust and brush with melted butter; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
