Zucchini Pie(A Crustless Quiche) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini
1 small chopped onion
1 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. marjoram or oregano
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until the zucchini is coated.
Pour into a 12-inch buttered pie plate or oblong pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. Serves 6 to 8 and is equally good hot as it is room temperature.
