Thumbprint Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. cornstarch
    3 sticks unsalted butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Make 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Press thumbprint in each cookie.
    Fill with apricot or strawberry preserves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
