Low-Fat Carrot And Zucchini Bars With Citrus Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1 1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. nonfat, plain yogurt
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    Citrus Cream Cheese Icing
Preparation
    In larger mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; mix well and set aside.
    In another large bowl, combine remaining ingredients except icing; mix well.
    Add carrot mixture to flour mixture; stir until combined.
    Spread batter into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bars test done.
    Place on wire rack to cool completely.
    Frost with icing. Cover and store in refrigerator.
