Brown Sugar Pie(Very Rich, Cut Smaller Pieces) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
    3 large eggs
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs and brown sugar together.
    Add vanilla, fresh lemon juice and melted butter.
    Beat all together.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    When ready, pie swells like a derby hat, then collaspes when done.
    May serve with unsweetened whipped cream.
