Zucchini Pie (A Quiche) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (8) Pillsbury crescent rolls
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. sliced onion
    1/4 to 1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook sliced zucchini and onion in butter in frypan until tender (about 10 minutes).
    Add all spices.
    Cook another 5 minutes in a separate bowl; beat eggs and add grated cheese.
    Add zucchini mixture and stir together.
