Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla and beat until thick and lemon colored.
    Stir in zucchini, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Fold in nuts, raisins and pineapple.
    Pour into two greased and floured pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
