Sweet 'N Sour Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. plump chicken wings
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
    1 (12 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Brown chicken in shortening.
    Remove chicken and drain drippings from pan.
    Add all ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
    Put chicken back into pan with sauce; simmer 15 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
    Serves 6 to 8.
