Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. each raisins & nuts
Preparation
    Mix well most of the ingredients together, folding in zucchini and pineapple last. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
