Fruit Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. nuts
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. unsifted plain flour
    1/2 c. red candied cherries
    1/2 c. green candied cherries
    1/2 c. candied pineapple
Preparation
    Cover bottom of a greased and floured 8 x 13-inch pan with the nuts.
    Mix together the margarine, brown sugar, eggs and flour. Add the red cherries, green cherries and pineapple, all cut up. Spread mixture over nuts.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
