Stuffed Pepper Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green bell peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. can tomatoes, crushed
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook beef and onion until meat is lightly browned; drain. Season with salt and pepper.
    Add tomatoes, water, rice and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and simmer the mixture until rice is tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 4 ounces of cheese; stir well.
