Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c salad oil
    3 c sugar
    1 t vanilla
    2 c shredded zucchini
    1 (8 1/4 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c flour
    1/2 t baking powder
    3/4 t cinnamon
    1/2 t nutmeg
    1 1/2 t baking soda
    1 t salt
    1 c chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add salad oil, sugar, vanilla, zucchini and pineapple.
    Sift remaining ingredients.
    Add to zucchini mixture. Add nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
