Mexican Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
2 cans Ortega diced chilies
2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
shredded Cheddar cheese
peanut or vegetable oil
Preparation

Brown the hamburger and onion together.
Fill the egg roll wrapper with hamburger, cheese and chilies. Roll and deep-fry until golden brown.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
