Carrot-Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini
    2 c. carrots
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil and sugar.
    Beat until sugar is dissolved. Add carrots and zucchini (shredded).
    Mix.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix until well blended.
    Pour in greased bread pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
