Banana Fudge Walnut Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine or butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. Gold medal flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottom only of an 8-inch square pan.
Melt in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly the margarine and chocolate chips.
Beat thoroughly with spoon the flour, sugar, chopped walnuts, bananas, vanilla, baking powder, salt and egg.
Spread batter evenly in pan.
Bake about 30 minutes or until center is set.
Cool completely.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
