Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until foamy and gradually add sugar and salt.
Beat until stiff.
Add nuts and chocolate chips.
Place aluminum foil on a cookie sheet and drop mixture by teaspoon on foil.
Place in preheated oven and turn off oven.
Leave in unopened oven overnight (8 hours) and next morning, remove from foil.
Makes 24 to 30 cookies.
