Drunken Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 clove garlic
2/3 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon sauce
2 lb. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients well in large jar.
Marinate several hours or days in fridge.
Can be drained and added to green salad or eaten alone.
Marinade can be used over and over.
