Lemonade Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 (6 oz.) can (2/3 c.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
Sift flour and soda and add alternately with 1/2 cup lemonade.
Drop on cookie sheet.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Brush hot cookies slightly with lemonade and sprinkle with sugar.
