No Fail Pie Crust(Makes 2 Double Crust Pies.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour and shortening. Mix water, egg and vinegar in cup, then add to flour mixture. To that add the sugar and salt. Divide into 4 balls and roll out each crust.
