Blueberry Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    In large bowl sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Then add blueberries and toss gently.
    Combine eggs, sour cream oil and vanilla.
    Mix well and stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
    Fill cupcake papers or muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
