Sugar Cookies(Non-Roll) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. real butter or oleo
    1 c. corn or vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 1/3 to 4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugars with oil, butter and eggs.
    Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix well.
    Chill dough for 2 hours for easy handling.
    Roll a teaspoonful into ball and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Using a small glass, dip into sugar and flatten each cookie ball.
    Cookie press or glass with pattern on bottom can also be used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 10 to 12 minutes until slightly golden brown. Makes about 90 cookies.
