Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Crisco oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Cream together the Crisco and sugar. Add eggs; beat well. Sift dry ingredients together, then add to creamed mixture alternately with bananas. Blend well. Add nuts.
    Pour into greased 5 x 9-inch bread pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
